Jillian Ferry is a seasoned people operations executive with over 15 years of experience building people-first programs across higher education, healthcare, and behavioral health. She has supported and developed hundreds of employees, leading onboarding redesigns, performance systems, and leadership development initiatives—all with a focus on helping people and organizations thrive. Jillian holds a Master’s in Global Human Resource Development from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Texas A&M University—proudly claiming both Cougar and Aggie roots. She is passionate about creating workplace cultures that work for humans—not the other way around.

Chief Learning Officer

Anh Lee is a passionate educator and learning leader with over 20 years of experience designing programs that help people grow and succeed. She has led impactful initiatives across education, oil and energy, SaaS, government, and MedTech, always with a focus on creating  impactful learning experiences. Anh holds a Bachelor’s in History from Texas Tech University, a Master’s in Global Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, and an Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, where her research focused on preparing the next generation for meaningful careers. Her work is driven by a deep belief that learning should inspire, empower, and transform lives.
