Hello, and welcome! I’m Jillian Ferry, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself and share a bit of my journey with you. If you’re here, you’re likely someone who cares deeply about growth, resilience, and creating a future where people thrive—values that drive everything I do.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in people operations, building cultures and programs that help employees feel valued and supported. My passion lies in creating environments where people can perform their best and grow into the most complete version of themselves. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University, but the real learning came from immersing myself in people-centered work, where I learned that the real magic happens when you step out of your comfort zone.
As a mom to a beautiful 3-year-old girl, I’ve become more aware of the challenges facing the next generation. The world of work is rapidly changing, and I want my daughter—and every young person—to enter that world with confidence, a strong sense of self, and the tools to navigate it with resilience. That’s why we created Durable Minds Everboarding.
Durable Minds Everboarding isn’t just a business; it’s our life’s work. It’s a platform designed to help people build the inner strength and clarity needed to tackle today’s workforce. We focus on developing character traits and durable skills that guide meaningful decision-making, foster authentic relationships, and encourage self-awareness and growth. Whether you’re just entering the workforce or navigating a mid-career shift, my mission is to help you find the confidence to move forward, even when it’s uncomfortable—because that’s where growth truly happens.
One of my favorite quotes by Ralph Waldo Emerson is,
